Coming up this weekend we are planning a mini Mexican fiesta!
I will be whipping up some juicy and delectable pork carnitas in the crockpot which we will then add to Monica’s home-made tortillas to create flautas! Mmm-mm good!
Last time Monica made the flautas they were a huge hit at my house party. I can’t wait to learn how to make them, and eat them afterwards!
